About the Coogee 10
The Coogee 10 is now Aussie Tiny Houses longest model, built on a 10m trailer. Complete with ground level bedroom, two loft bedrooms, kitchen, living space and bathroom. It is a well-appointed versatile “Home” to be proud of. All this packed under 4.5 tons for road legality! The Master Bedroom is private and easily accessible, located on the ground floor with optional exterior sliding door and 2 spacious built-in robes. A storage stair provides access to a king-size loft space, ideal as a kid’s room, guest accommodation or even as an extra living space.
The kitchen is well appointed, with a large bench, optional dishwasher, full- height pantry, breaky bar, overhead storage cupboards and space for a full- height fridge.
A well-designed bathroom is provided with shower, toilet, vanity, under bench space for a washing machine and extra queen-size loft above. But it’s the flexibility of the Coogee 10, that has the pundits talking. Ground level bedroom with built-in robes. Two upstairs loft for the kids or guests, large bathroom with all amenities and an open planned kitchen, dining and living space. What more could you ask for in a Tiny? Why do Tiny Homes have wheels?
There are two main reasons why tiny houses are built on wheels. Firstly is because when built on wheels it does not require a building permit as it is classified as a vehicle, therefore it falls under the same regulation as caravans. Secondly is movability as a lot of Tiny Home owners enjoy the idea of not being tied down and being able to move around.
Do you sell plans for your tiny house designs?
Unfortunately not. There are too many complexities involved in producing a comprehensive document that effectively communicates the design to an audience of unknown experience in construction.
How much does a quote cost?

Do you have a completed tiny house available for viewing?
Yes. Our factory is open Monday – Friday (9am to 4:30pm) and Saturday morning by appointment only. We welcome visitors and enjoy sharing our passion for our Tiny Houses. We have a very active factory with at least 10 tinys on the go and also a few display homes for you to walk through.
